Abstract
Sportswomen’s emotional stability maintaining techniques are described, as well as their selfe-ducation, training, autogenic training. The article considers various methods based on psychological principle of switching emotionally excited athletes’ attention from a strong stimulus to the weaker one. A different degree of central nervous system excitation for children of different ages has been set. The efficiency of developed psycho-muscle relaxation technique has been tested.
