Abstract
The article describes the factors confirming the necessity of corporate social responsibility programs in the context of globalization. The positive effects both on business and Russia in general have been analyzed. The problems which prevent the introduction of social programs in Russian enterprises have been defined. Motivation factors for the sustainable company’s strategy to be developed have been researched. The standards of reporting forms in the social field have been described.
