The Content of Property Legal Relationships

The research paper invites the readers to study the content of property legal relationships. The author focuses on combining private law and public law models of property legal relationships. But the content of the relationships does not simply contribute to a subjective rights and duties combination. The paper supposes to distinguish and research different groups of property legal relationship structural elements: rational and will, communicative and legal, functional, technical and juridical, behavioral elements, as well as legal stances of the parties.
