Abstract
The Convention on Human Rights is a ‘living organism’ not only because of its content permanent development (as a result of the European Court of Human Rights work on interpretation of the Convention provisions), but also because of its text continuing changing. The changes have become mainly procedural questions since 1990s. The latest effective Protocol 14 which modified the procedure of complaint application and inquiry to ECHR has been in effect since 2010. This paper focuses on future changes of the Convention after the new Protocol 15 enters into force.
