Copyright and the Problem of Economic Efficiency

The main structures of the copyright institute have emerged in the industrial epoch on the base of certain economic relations. They evolved in line with the industrial economy evolution. But after the decline of industrial epoch and with the informational economy rise the copyright appears to be inadequate both for the legacy culture and for the informational production economy.
