The Right to Education for Children with Disabilities: International Legal Standards and Russian Legislation

The international standards of human rights to education are being raised in the article. The special attention is paid to the most vulnerable category – disabled children. The author also dwells upon such questions as native legislative regulation in the area of providing and proper achievement of disabled children’s the right to education.
