Abstract
The article describes international and regional conflicts, the specifics of their management and the role of diplomacy in these processes. At the same time the author considers The Camp David Accords both as a way to break the diplomatic logjam and as a tool to manage Arab-Israeli conflict. The article states that diplomacy as a main resource in foreign policy has no alternatives in a globalized world.
