Abstract
The article describes the approaches to the description of the resource model, the strategic capacity of the organization; it reveals the features of the educational organization of higher education in terms of the strategic potential components. An architecture and structure of the strategic resources of the higher education organization economic potential is suggested to meet best the main objectives of its use and essential characteristics.
