Abstract
Specific living conditions of modern metropolises adversely affect the health and emotional state of their city-dwellers. Every day an urban man have to confront a great number of stressful factors caused by crowds, bewildering everyday contacts, necessary constant moving and high gear. Journeys are an effective way to make this negative impact smoother.
