Abstract
One of the important sources to produce the Russian Federation’s population in the conditions of natural population decline is migration. The evaluation of migration flows is needed to correct the migration policy concept. Developing crisis conditions require an increased level of monitoring the dynamics of migration processes. That can reduce financial outflows directed to the labour-exporting countries. To achieve this goal science-based predictions of individuals’rational behavior in conditions of unstable system are required. When compiling a model that reflects the dynamics of the labor movement between analyzed territories we consider the main trends of migration and assess the degree of territory migration attractiveness. To solve this problem we evaluated an estimation method of the territory attractiveness, based on the territories differentiation in terms of socio-economic benefits. On the basis of the positional game theory we developed a dynamic model of labor migration, and obtained the forecast of migration dynamics, taking into account the changes in the age groups volume. The model allows to trace the dependence of wage levels in labor markets on the number of migrant workers. In our work we describe the algorithm of the dynamic model of migration movement. Using the dynamic model we described the processes of external labor migration, and examined its impact on the internal dynamics of regional labor markets. At the same time we took into account the migration attractiveness degree of regional labor markets, and held a general breakdown of migration flows into age groups.
