Abstract
The article considers the ways to construct sociocultural space through hospitality infrastructural objects using the example of the Sverdlovsk Region. The analysis of hospitality infrastructure capacity to define the Sverdlovsk regional identity allows highlighting the specific features of hospitality as a sociocultural reality actor. Environmental amenities and infrastructural facilities give and support the semantic consumer value of the place which is embedded in myths, meanings and senses.
