Financing of Public-private Partnership Projects in Russia: Problems and Development Prospects

The article describes the existing instruments and sources of public-private partnership projects’ financing in the aspect of the dynamics of their of real use and development prospects in Russia. A great deal of attention is paid to the intensity of different sources and funding instruments usage including their dependence on the level (federal, regional, municipal) of project implementation.
