Abstract
The article focuses on the problem of the enterprise labor capacity formation. The components of labor potential, its quantitative characteristics are considered. The authors suggest recommendations concerning implementation of motivation and stimulation at the enterprise, as well as some practical guidelines for the enterprises’ managers.
