Abstract
The necessity and possibility to restrict the individual’s rights and freedoms is stipulated by both numerous international acts in the sphere of human rights and Russian law. But quite often the question of the limits imposed by the rights and freedoms limitations arises. To date there are no regulatory legal act, either of international or of domestic nature, which would contain a certain margin of restrictions on fundamental human rights and freedoms.
