Topical Issues of Free Legal Aid and Ways of Improving Legislation

The article concerns the issues of free legal aid regulation in Russian Federation (excluding the free legal aid in criminal cases, because this matter requires an additional research). The special attention is given to some problems of implementation of legislation in the field of free legal aid, the article makes proposals to improve legislation.
