Problems of Russian Debt Collection

The article reviews the problems arising in the collection of debts of the countries borrowing from Russia. Not all the states are ready to pay their debts, so the government needs to develop a way of writing off liabilities of such countries. The author suggests solutions for debt relief and proves their economic feasibility.
