The Construction of Social Reality in Private Law

The article deals with the civil law as the most important form to construct social reality. It also considers the civil law notion and peculiarities, their types and models, as well as the civil law modeling problems in particular fields of civil reality, namely – the modeling of legal entity constructions in public law, the institution of ownership rights.
