Abstract
Until 2017, the Penal Executive Code of Russia contained a rule banning long visits for life prisoners for a minimum of ten years. There is no right to artificial insemination from the prisoner. Together with the prisoner, the penalty of deprivation of private and family life is borne by all members of his family. This article is about strategic litigation for the right to conjugal meetings and artificial insemination.
