Abstract
The author studies a modern kind of handicraft art called "handmade." The article examines the relationship between the revival of handmade and the tendencies of globalization. The contributor treates handmade as an opposition to the negative consequences of postmodernism. Hand-made is considered to be one of the ways to find harmony with yourself and the world around you.
