Freedom of Conscience, Censorship, their Past and Present

This paper presents a comparative study of the censorship rules and practices along with the current procedure to recognize information materials as extremist ones, and the practice of the law application. This study shows the depravity of the existing practice of recognizing religious literature as extremist one.
