Abstract
The article is dedicated to the personality and creativity of Nina Isayevna Klein (1924–2013) – a prominent Soviet and Russian jurist, professor, chief researcher of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, honored lawyer of the Russian Federation, participant in the development of the Law of the USSR "On Enterprises and Business Activities, the Law of the RSFSR "On Competition and Restriction of Monopolistic Activity in Commodity Markets", the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and other normative and legal acts.
