Right as the “Most Sacred Thing God Has on Earth”

The paper explores the problem of the enforcement of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judgements, taking into account the changes made by the Law of the Russian Federation on Amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 14.03.2020 No 1, as well as the position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, and corresponding developments in the legislation. It is worth noting that the interpretation of these changes as a rebuttal of the ECHR binding orders is erroneous.
