Abstract
This review paper discusses reports and talks presented at the Law section of the international conference held by LAU – University for Humanities. Among others, the paper analyzes the following issues: a crisis of democratic ideas and human rights; human rights during the pandemic; boundaries of freedoms and human rights restrictions from the perspective of the principle of justice; a crisis of law, legal culture, and human rights.
