Abstract
The article deals with the Russian dance performance of the 1990s -2010s as a specific and relevant form of artistic reflection, which has arisen in connection with the intensification of the development of contemporary dance and dance-theater forms since the early 1990s. The examples of Russian dance-performance are presented in the context of a general cultural performative turn and from the point of view of performative aesthetics. The author emphasizes the connection and differences with the dance theater, as well as the actualization and updating of the domestic dance-performance in connection with new strategies for the artistic practices of contemporary-dance.
