Abstract
The article reveals the problem of the absence in the Russian law of the possibility of appealing against court decisions on the issue of challenging normative acts, and analyzes the problem based on the practice of the Russian courts, as well as the European Court of Human Rights. As a solution to the problem, the author proposes that the legal system should allow any person, regardless of their involvement in the case before the court of first instance, to appeal against such judgements.
