Abstract
Russian cosmism in science is still the subject of either heated debates or the topic of silence; the scientific status of this phenomenon is disputed. The article examines the scientific picture of the world of Russian cosmologists K.E. Tsiolkovsky, V.I. Vernadsky, A.L. Chizhevsky at the level of inorganic nature, the living world and the human world itself. The author reveals the originality of the methodology of cosmism in studying these levels of matter organization and comes to the conclusion that the basic ideas of Russian cosmism fit into non-classical and post-non-classical science.
