Abstract
The article reviews the main ideas and problems that were presented at the conference by theorists and practicing lawyers. Among some of the most notable are the following: the global legal crisis, the crisis of the idea of legal progress, the protection of rights and freedoms by the public authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the specifics of the implementation of freedom of religion in the digital sphere, legal security in the digital economy, the role of comparative law in the study and protection of human rights, human rights in the conditions of stability and variability of legislation, trends in the development of public and state bodies in the modern period, and many others.
