Abstract
Professional mobility in modern society acts as the main mechanism for the redistribution of labor resources of different qualification groups and ensures the continuity of the development of the labor economy at the regional level. The purpose of the work is to systematize the factors of precarization and modeling the processes of professional mobility arising from the digital transformation of the labor market. Dynamic modeling of the pace and direction of the movement of qualified labor resources between the centers of attraction of qualified youth allows us to obtain a forecast of the development of the digital economy in the short and long term. According to the simulation results, among the most successful occupations in the market under the digitalization of business are the specialties related to information technology, including computer science and computer engineering, management in technical systems, computer and information sciences, electronics, radio engineering and communication systems. In the long term, there will be a gradual decrease in the relative level of remuneration for these specialties, arising from increased competition in the market due to an increase in the total number of specialists in this industry.
