Synthesis of Process and Organizational Approaches to Determine the Conditions for Integrating Processes in the Functional Areas of the Regional Logistics System

Digital transformation and changing approaches to supply chain modeling in the context of shifting logistics activity centers in the region has led to the emergence of a fundamentally new form of development and functioning - regional logistics systems. For them, management from the perspective of revising the role of known indicators: minimizing total costs, increasing profits, improving customer service and reducing the impact of uncertainty factors on the system will, in our opinion, determine the regional balance of material and commodity flow based on the synthesis of process and organizational approaches. The purpose of the article is to develop a conceptual model for the synthesis of an organizational and functional approach for managing logistics processes in the integration of complex logistics resources. The article proposes a procedure for finding the optimal solution for the formation of indicators of integration of functional areas of the regional logistics system, as well as a model basis for the formation of the most effective policy of regional logistics integration.
