Invalidity of Transactions for the Granting of an Option to Conclude a Contract in Entrepreneurial Activity

The article examines theoretical and practical problems of the relationship between the agreement on the provision of the option and the optional contract, the nullity and voidability of the optional agreement, their legal consequences, as well as conclusions, concerning the invalidity of the option agreement, its difference from cases when the said agreement is considered to be non-concluded.
