Abstract
Despite mankind’s relatively rich experience in the field of copyright protection, the system of copyright protection on the Internet does not work efficiently enough. This is due to the fact that the dynamic development of IT is far outpaces the formation of legal norms in this area, and therefore many issues are simply unregulated at present. Thus, copyright protection has encountered such systemic problems of legal regulation on the Internet as the problem of user identification, the problem of liability of information intermediaries, the problem of hyperlinks, and the problem of copyright protection in the gaming space. Another problem is the active development of artificial intelligence systems, their participation in the formation of content and the problem of the authorship of such works. In the conditions of insufficient regulation of copyright issues on the Internet at the legislative level, judicial practice plays an important role in the formation of new approaches to these problems. The present article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of legal regulation of copyright relations on the Internet and to the study of the experience of their solution in practice.
