Does an Entity Have the Freedom to Search for Information, or Again about Requesting Information from the Antitrust Authority

In this article, the author examines the problem of realising the freedom to seek information, including information that exists only in electronic form. He is convinced that the obstacles to the provision of information are only shadows cast by the reluctance to disclose information, to conceal it, by the fear that its disclosure will destroy a false accusation. These shadows disappear when the norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation are focused on them.
