Review of the Practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation for 2023

The thesis provides information on the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation for the year 2023. It also analyses the legal positions of the Federal Constitutional Court’s body of judicial control in relation to various categories of cases through the prism of certain types of constitutional judicial control. Besides, the subjects of appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with a constitutional complaint and court requests are studied.
