Abstract
The article sets out the primary concepts articulated by theorists and practitioners during the Interregional Constitutional Forum, which was held under the title ‘Protection of Social and Economic Rights in Russia: History, Theory, and Practice’. This event was organized to commemorate the 100-th anniversary of the birth of S. S. Alekseev. A comprehensive exploration of contemporary issues in the domain of modern constitutionalism is undertaken, encompassing the practices of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in safeguarding citizens’ rights; the application of the statute of limitations to claims concerning the conversion of property procured through corrupt activities into assets belonging to the state; the value aspect of social rights in contemporary Russia; the utilization of methods from exact sciences in jurisprudence; and the interconnection between culture and human rights, among others.
