Abstract
The article explores the concept of political time as a complex multidimensional construct that combines philosophical, social and political domains. The objective of the present study is to determine the impact of political time on social and historical transformations, thereby facilitating a more profound comprehension of the mechanisms that underpin the formation of political dynamics within the context of global change. The authors employ a range of philosophical analysis methods, comparative and systemic approaches in order to substantiate theoretical positions. These positions are based on a review of both domestic and foreign publications, including works by S. S. Andreev, A. B. Vengerov, M. V. Ilyin, G. Hayes and P. W. Kahn. The data analysis allows us to classify key aspects of political time as objective and subjective dimensions, which reflects the cyclicality, reversibility and eventfulness of political processes. The present study emphasizes the role of historical and cultural characteristics, as well as ideological attitudes, in determining the pace, direction and quality of political change, contributing to the formation of sustainable social structures in the face of constant global challenges, thereby expanding the understanding of the political order. It is noted that a combination of cultural, historical and ideological factors gives rise to distinctive patterns of political temporal development in differing
geographical regions. The findings of the study facilitate a more profound comprehension of the
configuration of political time, its influence on social processes, and the forecasting of future transformations. The study underscores the necessity for additional research endeavors directed towards the identification of the interrelationships between cultural, historical, and political factors that collectively influence the dynamics of political time.
