Abstract
The scientific article analyzes problematic issues related to the exercise of powers by the prosecutor’s office during the anti-corruption expertise. The study provides an analysis of the legislative framework and specific proposals on the legal mechanism for the exercise of powers by the prosecutor. The authors explore options for legal regulation related to the registration of legal documents during the anti-corruption expertise, identify the main problems and ways to improve this legal mechanism.
