Abstract
The article provides an overview of the key points made by the speakers and attendees of the III International Women’s Forum “Unity. Consent. Development” held in Yekaterinburg, 2025. The authors discuss the views of experts on the role of women in corporate volunteering and charitable activities in the Sverdlovsk region and the entire Russia. They also explore the role of family institutions, traditional spiritual and moral values, in shaping and developing society in Russia and several amicable states. The paper comments on the possibilities of utilizing research findings, educational programs, corporate initiatives, and cultural projects to enhance and expand demographic policies and strengthen family values. Furthermore, the article highlights the significance of preserving the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War, which is a key event in the country’s history of the 20th century.
