Unemployment Rate and Unemployment Types in Sverdlovsk region

The article presents the author's view on the adaptation of scientific approaches to the classification of unemployment in relation to the Sverdlovsk region. The categories of people receiving unemployment welfare have been described and scenario conditions to reduce unemployment rate has been proposed.
