Abstract
The article speaks about practice of examining claims without the participation of the applicant,
procedure of consideration of applications under Part 2 of Article 333 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation. Authors use examples of challenging government regulations and analyze compliance of Part 2 of Article 333 with the Constitution of Russia and the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
