Implementation of a Project Management System to Ensure Economic Security in Municipal Authorities

The object of research in this article is project management systems. The subject of the study is to ensure economic security in the municipal government. The article is aimed at identifying critical tools of the project management system affecting the economic security in the municipal authorities. The investigative methodology implies the systematic analysis of the theoretical aspects of the project management systems implementation. The work resulted in identifying the importance of project management systems in order to ensure economic security. The variety of the resulting applications might be useful for municipal authorities seeking to increase the effectiveness of economic security.
