Abstract
The review presents the main ideas of reports and speeches that were the subject of discussion at
the research seminars on Russian education reform and politology of right. The issues of the Russian higher school integration into the world scientific and educational space, the problems of educational process optimization and quality of education, the importance of the strategy development for humanist education in Russia were highlighted, and the formation of the new directions of political science (politology of right) was considered as well.
