Abstract
The enforcement decision is the result of a long process of enforcement estimated as an appropriate justice or not by the subjects. The principle of justice is one of the General principles of law, which constitutes the base of all legal activities, but enforcement of this principle is of particular importance, since law enforcement reflects the effectiveness of the current legislation. Theoretically, the content of this principle is understandable, but in practice there are many difficulties in enforcement when making decisions. It should also be noted that the assessment of fairness of a decision is also subjective, but in any case, it is required to provide the optimal combination of public and private interests. The article analyzes theoretical and practical aspects supporting the implementation of the principle of justice in law enforcement.
