Abstract
For the past years, the role of the international arbitration as a means to settle the disputes with foreign participants has taken on increased significance. The dispute settlement procedure involving advocates of different jurisdictions causes some problems, including the problem of professional ethics of advocates who follow different professional rules and ethics. Thereby, the author considers it interesting to study ethical conflicts arising in the international arbitration and international ethical norms regulating advocates’ behavior in the international arbitration.
