Abstract
The article deals with the problem of administrative and legal expansion in the sphere of legitimate constitutional restrictions on the rights of citizens. The paper provides some examples, which emphasize the transformation of legal restrictions from constitutional to administrative-legal ones. This transformation is based on the administrative and legal framework, which resides in ensuring security and governance in various social spheres. The implementation potential, which is characteristic of the subjects of the executive power, allows you to transform industry restrictions, translating them into the projection of administrative activity. The viability of restrictions on constitutional rights is ensured in the course of the activities of executive authorities. In this connection, the authors conclude that the restrictions of constitutional rights can be adjusted in the process of execution by the subjects of administrative activity through the implementation of administrative operations.
