Organizational and Administrative Activities of Law Enforcement Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan during Investigative Inspections

The scientific article considers separate organizational and administrative activities and methodological features of conducting investigative inspections. The presented materials are intended to orient the employees of pre-trial proceedings, in conditions of minimal adaptation to the position of an investigator, to independently perform their functional duties. Taking into account the great role of physical evidence in exposing the criminal, the author analyzed theoretical and practical material in order to prevent shortcomings and errors in the production of investigative examinations. The purpose of this research is to reveal the organizational and administrative features of the activities of law enforcement agencies during investigative inspections. Research techniques include fundamental dialectical methods, in particular, the method of system analysis, as well as on the use of special methods, such as formal legal, linguistic, organizational and legal modeling method. Results and brief conclusions are the following: in order for the pre-trial bodies to properly perform their functional duties during investigative inspections, great importance should be given to organizational and administrative activities and the methodological component of law enforcement activities which should be implemented in the course of conducting service training classes. The author also formulates separate directions for further improvement of the activities of pre-trial production bodies during investigative inspections.
