Abstract
The article gives an overview of the main theses presented in the papers of the conference participants. They entail issues of observing, ensuring and protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, their guarantees, internal factors of ensuring legal security of an individual; protecting rights and observing obligations of a citizen in the process of digitalization; recognition of the principle of equal and indivisible security in modern international law; teaching human rights in Russian universities; topical aspects of international and national protection of human rights, etc.
