Abstract
In light of Russia’s historical trajectory, academic legal science can and should contribute innovative solutions for navigating an ever-evolving technological landscape. This requires a keen ability to adapt and thrive in an environment that is both challenging and uncertain. The paradigm of legal science, which harmoniously combines the best of the traditional and humanistic paradigms of education, should focus on the ability to negotiate rather than conflict. The incorporation of mediation into legal education will foster a culture of legal professionalism. By imparting the essentials of mediation to the next generation of lawyers, we can ensure a more constructive and win-win approach to resolving disputes in all sectors.
