Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the proceedings of the 11th Sverdlovsk Regional Anti-Corruption Forum, which took place from December 3 to 10, 2025. The participants engaged in a discussion about the urgent matters and subjects, including interactive methods for raising awareness and educating about anti-corruption, fostering an anti-corruption culture, and creating a model for combating corruption that incorporates a comprehensive and institutional approach.
